It's NOT a bug - its NIXIE - visible only when "show truth" is turned ON.
Its made for test reason because NIXIE in DW havent real 3d model. So this object is something like "sphere" where nixie works.

It's a Bug.
The object is completely unrealistic for a simulation and it's visible even when "Show Truth" is turned off, on stations like Periscope, Bridge (Sub & Ship), Pilot and Infrared!
